Refund & Returns Policy

At Asmota, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. This policy outlines our procedures for returns, refunds, and exchanges for both domestic and international customers.

1. Return Window

You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return. Requests made after this 14-day window will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it (unused, unwashed, and unworn).

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items:

  • Perishable goods (such as food or flowers).

  • Custom or personalized products.

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products).

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

  • Gift cards.

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at Contact@asmota.shop.

  1. Provide your Order Number and the reason for the return.

  2. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs & Fees

  • Defective or Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), Asmota will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Change of Mind: For all other returns (e.g., you don't like the item or it doesn't fit), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.

  • Approval: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

  • Timeline: Please remember it can take 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at Contact@asmota.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. For damaged goods, please include photos of the packaging and the product so we can evaluate the issue and make it right quickly.

8. International Returns

For international orders, the same 14-day window applies. Please note that original shipping fees, as well as any customs duties or taxes paid at the time of delivery, are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for international return shipping and any associated brokerage fees.
