1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. 

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unwashed, and unworn.

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Non-returnable items: Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned.

3. How to Start a Return

  1. Provide your Order Number and the reason for the return.

  2. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.

  3. Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs & Fees

  • Defective or Wrong Items: If you received an incorrect or defective item, Asmota will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.

  • Customer Remorse: For standard returns (change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.

  • Timeline: It typically takes 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@asmota.shop. Please include photos of the damaged packaging and the product so we can resolve the issue quickly.
