Thank you for shopping at Asmota. This Shipping Policy provides clear information on our delivery procedures, timeframes, and costs for both domestic and international orders.

1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship to the United States and  International destinations.

Delivery Timeframes (Domestic & International)

The total delivery time is the sum of Handling Time + Transit Time.

2. International Shipping (Duties & Taxes)

For orders shipped outside of the United States:

  • Import Duties & Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Asmota is not responsible for these charges; they are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Customs Delays: Asmota is not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.

3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We partner with major carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS) and specialized logistics providers to ensure your items arrive safely. Because we source from various warehouses to provide the best selection, your order may arrive in multiple packages.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

5. Delivery Issues

  • Damaged in Transit: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at Contact@asmota.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and the product.

  • Missing Packages: If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office before contacting us. Claims for missing packages must be submitted within 7 days of the tracked delivery date.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed (usually within 24 hours). If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for re-shipping fees.
