All Asmota orders are fulfilled through our network of U.S.-based warehouses and logistics partners. We partner with major carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL to ensure your items arrive safely. Please note that orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages to speed up delivery.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
Address Changes: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We process orders quickly and cannot guarantee changes once an order has begun handling (usually within 24 hours).
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact contact@asmota.shop within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
Missing Packages: If your tracking indicates "Delivered" but the package is missing, please contact us within 7 days so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
